Nate Hall

Nate Hall (he/him) is an actor, composer, musician, and playwright. He's been active in the Chicago scene since early 2018 after moving to the city from West Texas. Growing up in Los Alamos, New Mexico, with two government lab scientists as parents, Nate's career in the arts is somewhat of a surprise! Being the first graduate of Texas Tech University's BFA Musical Theatre program, after spending two years in their chemical engineering degree path, Nate continues to deeply value theater as a haven for vulnerability and self-exploration.

Besides acting and performing in the Chicago area, Nate also had his first fully staged musical,
Stabbed in the Heart, go up at Factory Theater in the fall of 2024. You may also find him playing guitar, saxophone, piano, accordion, or kalimba in musical pits and garage punk bands around town.

Chicago Acting Credits: Hedwig & The Angry Inch (Haven), 9 to 5 (Metropolis), Valhalla (The Plagiarists), Notes and Letters, The Ballad of Lefty & Crabbe, Moby Dick: A Musical, Adventurers (Underscore), Things I Could Never Tell Stephen (Pride Arts), Bonnie & Clyde, The Fantasticks (Madkap Productions), Lucky: A Musical (Second City), Other Credits: Kirche Kuche Kinder (Provincetown Tennessee Williams Festival).
